North Devon Velo is an active host of the South West Cyclocross League (SWCX)
North Devon Velo has an active off road scene. Club members take part in mountain biking, cyclocross and gravel riding for fun, long distance adventures and racing.
The club is part of the South West Cyclocross League which organises a series of races between September and January each year. North Devon Velo proudly hosts an annual race at Coxleigh Barton on the outskirts of Barnstaple and volunteers are always hugely appreciated at this event.
Cyclocross is a fantastic way to race – courses cover grass, mud, gravel, singletrack, and feature some small obstacles to lift your bike over. Every race has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere across all age group categories.
